Interim Senior HR Generalist

An Interim Senior HR Generalist to:

• Support the organisation after a period of growth and partner with the HR Director to develop the global HR infrastructure
• Review employee experience and refresh the organisations existing values to develop and embed a cultural shift
• Assess if the HRIS is fit for purpose and how it's usage and functionality could be improved to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
• Ensure underlying processes are fit for purpose and update where required
• Develop a policy framework and ensure all policies are compliant for each country
• Establish stronger working relationships with the wider organisation to develop accountability to managers
• Develop and implement best practices globally
• Experience of leading employee relations casework
• Create better alignment and collaboration on a global scale
• Provide informal coaching and mentoring to the HR team
• Review the impact of HR initiatives on organisational effectiveness and engagement
