Job Description

  • Prepare and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans to support business objectives.
  • Analyse financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators to track business performance.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance profitability.
  • Provide financial modelling for new business initiatives and investment opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
  • Lead and mentor a small team to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on financial data interpretation.
  • Experience in product costing is essential.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to present financial insights to stakeholders.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry or a related sector.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Proven leadership abilities to manage and develop a team.
