They have manufacturing sites across Europe and supply-chain across the world.Due to a promotion they are looking to appoint a Finance Manager based at their largest manufacturing site and headquarters in Kingston upon ThamesJob DescriptionReporting directly to the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will be responsible for key areas across the Finance function, particularly managing the month end close, ensuring adherence to internal controls and complying with all internal and external reporting requirements and audits. They will be responsible for:Leading a small team of 2Maintain a robust control environmentManaging the month end close and reporting to groupOversee all reconciliations - bank, balance sheet etc.Support the annual budget and forecastsAssist in the group and local statutory auditCash and treasury managementPayrollThe Successful ApplicantThe Finance Manager will be:A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA), ideally from a top practice with 2-4 years post qualified experienceAble to work independently to tight deadlinesAble to manage direct reportsStrong Excel skills - pivots, look ups, sumifsExperience within the manufacturing sectorWhat's on OfferThe Finance Manager position comes with a base salary of £70,000-80,000, plus bonus and corporate benefits including8% matched pension25 days annual leave, plus 8 days bank holiday.
